Terms of Service

That Sounds Good is an invitation-only membership for deciding where to eat, currently serving Cincinnati. By using it, you agree to these terms.

The basics

You need to be at least 16 to use the app. Your account is yours — don't share sign-in codes, and don't impersonate anyone. Membership is by invitation; we may decline, pause, or remove accounts that abuse the product or other members.

Your content

Things you record — taste swipes, visit notes, journal entries, photos — belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them to run the product (that's what makes your recommendations work). Anonymous, aggregated signals (for example, "regulars keep going back to this spot") power the public go-to pages; nothing there identifies you.

What we're not

We point you toward restaurants; we don't run them. Menus, hours, prices, and — importantly — allergen handling are the restaurant's domain. Our dish data is a best effort and can miss hidden ingredients. If your allergy is serious, always confirm with the restaurant directly.

The service

The app is provided as-is, without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features as the product evolves. We're a small operation; we'll always try to treat your data and your dinners with care, but our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
